♟️ Chess Competition Guidelines

1️⃣ Eligibility

• Only Mirabilis residents are allowed to participate.

• Flat number is mandatory in the registration form.

• Participants will be grouped by age as specified in the form.
  
  

2️⃣ Participation Rules

• Individual event only — one player per registration.

• A participant may take part in other sports but must follow the chess schedule strictly.
  
  

3️⃣ Match Conduct

• Participants must report 10 minutes before their match.

• Standard chess tournament rules apply (touch-move, checkmate, stalemate, etc.).

• Walkover will be given if a participant does not report on time.

Note: 

• All entries must be submitted via the official form. Incomplete or late entries will not be accepted.

• Match schedule and sequence will be decided by the Mirabilis Ganesha Mandal team; no reschedule requests will be entertained.
