🎭 Cultural Program Participation Guidelines — Mirabilis Ganesh Festival

To ensure smooth coordination and fairness, please follow these rules:

1️⃣ Eligibility

• Only Mirabilis kids are allowed to perform on stage.

• Mentioning flat number in the registration form is mandatory.

• Registrations will be accepted on a First-Come, First-Served basis

2️⃣ Participation Limit

• Each child can participate in a maximum of 2 performances to give equal opportunity to all.

• Only 5 Solo and 25 Group Dance performances allowed, early registered gets a preferences

• Total 12 including Solo & Group Singing 

3️⃣ Group Formation

• Parents are encouraged to mutually coordinate with other Mirabilis parents to form groups for enrollment.

• If a child does not find co-performers, individual entries are welcome. The Mirabilis Ganesha Mandal team will form groups (minimum of 5 kids of similar age) in such cases.

• Age group criteria will be provided in the registration form.

4️⃣ Video Submissions

• Parents are encouraged to submit 4K videos for display on screen.

• Dance: Video should be without sound (background audio will be added centrally).

• Singing: Video should be recorded with karaoke track.

5️⃣ General Rules

• No musical instruments are allowed during stage performances.

• All participants must submit complete details via the official registration form. Incomplete entries may not be accepted.

• The sequence of performances will be finalized by the Mirabilis Ganesha Mandal team. Requests for changes will not be entertained.

Note: Cultural Dance Important Deadlines:

• Registration last date: August 1, 2025

• Song Submission: August 10, 2025

• Solo performances are permitted only for participants aged 12 years and above.

• Group Dance (Adults): Minimum 4, Maximum 8 members.

• Group Dance (Kids/Teens): Minimum 6, Maximum 10 members.

• Kindly select songs that are appropriate for the Ganesh Festival occasion.

• Please submit songs in MP4 format along with high-quality background visuals in 4K, HD resolution.

• Choose songs with good harmony and rhythm.

• Each performance must feature unique songs. In case of song repetition, only the first submission will be accepted, and other participants will be requested to change their song.

• The maximum duration for each performance is 5 minutes.
